Team Commencal/Manitou

Intro

This is Team Commencal/Manitou's second National session.

Last year was really a testing ground for us with every one on new bikes using new components and we were so surprised at the end of the year when we looked back at the results we got it was really more than we could have hoped for.

This year one of our riders from last year will not be joining us on the team roster, Adam Doessetor was a big part in our success last year and we are sad to say that he will not be taking up his place on the team due to work commitments, don’t worry you will see Adam at Thredbo all summer on his Commencal (work permitting). Team Commencal/Manitou will be adding a yet to be realised Down Hill rider to complete our three man Down Hill Team for the up and coming session.

For 2006 we will once again have Marcus O’Leary the best man in the business wrenching on our suspension and bikes thanks to Manitou. Also we are adding Ben Thomson to the roster Ben is an ex BMX rider and we hope he will shake up the 4X session a bit for us.

Once again you will see Ben Cory and Ben Morrison on the roster hoping to take solid results in both DH and 4X.

The goals for Team Commencal/Manitou this year to take out the manufactures champion ship and really boost the profile Of Commencal bikes and try to really give back to the local clubs and help push up the talent in the ranks.

Team Commencal/Manitou will also be holding skills clinic in conjunction with www.jaredrando.com during this summer in Canberra and Thredbo ski resort.
